Another week has come and gone...

Hey fam! Another week has come and gone rather slowly, but hey, wouldn't want time to go by too fast! But allergy season is in full swing here and I got my first nap in a long time last pday! So that was cool!

Not a whole ton happened this week. We did have our zone conference over zoom so that was cool! It's so cool and such a blessing that we have the technology to still meet together and spiritually grow together, even though we're in our own apartments. Something I thought that was interesting that my mission president said was to stop complaining!! Our lives aren't that hard. We're all healthy, we have the tools to still do missionary work, we live in a great country that still has grocery stores where we can get food. Our lives are actually pretty good! It was a good reminder for me to count my blessings and be a bit more optimistic.

Cute experience. So the primary president of the English ward here had asked us to help her with a lesson she wanted to send to the kids so they still get their "church" experience. So we made a video for her to send of us explaining the Come Follow Me for this week! It was super fun and reminded me of the good old days teaching primary lol.

So this week we had a cool opportunity to do a Come Follow Me lesson with the young adults in our ward on Sunday! We talked a lot about Mosiah 2:17 and the importance of serving others. This whole isolation thing has been super enlightening as to what service actually means. I personally naturally think of serving others in temporal things (yard work, house work, "chores" etc.) But serving others socially and spiritually is just as if not more important that the temporal service we can give. They challenged us to write down one thing we did everyday to help someone. Even if it was for someone in our home! Some of the most important service we can do is that in our homes. Love you all tons and have a fabulous week!!
Love,
