Of Mice and Women

Good morning/afternoon/evening. Whatever time it is. Hello!!! Fun story about my week, I currently have a mouse in my apartment!!! YAY!!! Great welcoming committee. My comp and I are currently avoiding our apartment... yeah gross.

Anyway, first week in Rotterdam is officially complete and it was quite exciting!!! Lots different than my last area, but I'm absolutely loving it so far! It's super fun being back in a Dutch ward although it was still terrifying having to give my testimony in Dutch instead of English. But I kept it how we all like 'em, short and sweet. I'm excited to get to know the members here better and to get to work!! Ummm yeah, not a ton else happened this week other than trying to figure out what we're doing here hehe.

Sooo, spiritual thought! So unfortunately, I am still not finished watching all of the sessions of conference (life has been NUTS) but one of my favorite talks was from President Nelson during the Women's Session. I love how as covenant keeping children of our Heavenly Father, we have access to his power. But I also found it super cool that he gave us a very specific invitation to help us prepare for next conference. So I'm putting my two cents in for that too... go study D&C 25! And see what the Holy Ghost will teach you personally. Love you all tons and have a great week!!!
Love,
Zuster Kapp

Pics: sometimes getting lost means finding a really pretty windmill (I love being in Holland). And I always knew that a cheese store would be the promised land. (Land van belofte translates to promised land hehe).
