So naturally I need to make a nice big comment about General Conference because it was just so amazing, but I'll save the best for last! We helped a member move out which wasn't fun because I don't want her and her family to leave... but we helped them anyway. Basically, the craziest thing that happened this week was getting lost in the middle of nowhere yesterday, haha. We had to visit this random, tiny town for some work and couldn't find a working bus stop to get home... But we made it, thank goodness!! And I got to call my mom this week on her birthday!!!
So conference though, right? Wow, so many great things were said and such great inspiration!! What stood out to me personally were the many references to repentance and preparing for the second coming. It's coming quick!!! But thankfully we have our loving Savior to help us become better and be prepared for when he comes!! It's the last days y'all! This week, I'd like to invite y'all to watch the sessions you may have missed or review your notes. Try to remember not what was said, but what the spirit taught you. I'm so grateful for a living prophet today who leads and guides us! Russell M. Nelson is truly inspired of God and is our prophet today! Love you all! Until next week!
