So big news about this week, I got to take a field trip to the other side of the country for some visa stuff!! And I got to see a lot of other missionaries from my MTC group which was soo much fun! We had so much fun together and ate SUPER good food! (Turkish food is a blessed thing, let me tell you). But I absolutely loved catching up with some of my favorite people!
And transfer calls were Saturday and I'm headed over to Utrecht!! CRAZY! And my new comp will be Zuster Asay. She was one of my roommates in the MTC. So we're both fresh and technically still in training, so we'll train each other! It'll be interesting and challenging, but I trust that God has a plan for both of us and I trust Him!
So when we got our transfer calls this week, I was seriously SOO scared! Like I don't know how to speak Dutch, I don't understand people who speak it, and I'm supposed to go across the country with another brand new missionary and figure it out? Basically, I was barely holding in tears while we were walking down the street. But our appointment was with this lady we have never met and we were giving her an Easter DVD and message. It was my first "real" first Dutch lesson and it went SOO good! I didn't say a whole lot, but I felt so much peace talking about my Savior. He suffered and died for all of us because He has so much love for us!! Yeah, Utrecht might be hard (probably will be) but Christ is there to help me every step of the way! I'm so grateful for Him, especially this Easter season! Love you all and enjoy your Easter!!
Love,
Zuster Kapp
