Hey y'all. So as a result of locking our apartment keys inside, my time here will be very short.
So this week we had zone conference in Antwerpen which was super stellar. President Buysse is amazing at calling us to repentance in the most loving way possible! I absolutely love being around other missionaries. So fun to see those I've served around and also meet new ones also. Other than that, our week was full of finding those precious souls and getting to know some more of the members here. It's so cool to meet people from literally EVERYWHERE!!
So with my current situation (sitting outside my front door, and not actually able to go in) we all decided to come up with some spiritual analogy. As we went out to go grocery shopping, we checked to make sure we had grocery bags, money, shopping lists, all the goods, right? But not our KEYS! Unfortunately, we didn't check twice to see if we had keys with us. This led to some frantic phone calls and using any resource possible to break in, but unfortunately no success. We really do need the perfect key (the gospel of Jesus Christ) to lead us back to Heavenly Father. But we're not perfect and sometimes we will forget our keys and try to use something/anything else to let us in, unfortunately finding no success. But because of our Savior, we can ask for that spare key to help us in. As prepared as we think we may be, there's always something else to remember to help us return to Him. I hope you all have a great week and always remember your keys!
Love,
Zuster Kapp
I actually took pics this week! Heel clicks in Liège, beautiful bike ride to Belgium, and my lovely comp and I.
